It listens like a producer with scissors.

Jersey Club chops are percussion, not lyrics. JerseyClubinator scans the whole vocal for syllables, including the vowel-led "ah", "oh" and "ey" sounds the genre lives on, then ranks them the way you would by ear: single syllables with a strong onset, an open vowel that pitches cleanly, and a length that punches. Sibilant "s" and "sh" starts and breaths get marked down. The best 16 land on the pads. No scrubbing a four-minute acapella with a razor tool.

Chops cut hard, pitched in key.

Every stab is cut on a zero crossing, faded in and out so it doesn't click, given a TIGHT decay, then high-passed, saturated and levelled so every hit lands at the same weight. Pitch them with KEEP TIME, which shifts the note and keeps the timing exact (built on Signalsmith Stretch, and within a couple of cents of target a full octave up or down), or VARISPEED, the classic sampler move where pitching up also tightens the chop. Snap them to the key JerseyClubinator detects, or to any key and scale you choose.

Nine patterns on the 5-count.

The kick grid hits the 16ths at 1, 5, 9, 12 and 15. JerseyClubinator ships nine patterns built on it: BOUNCE, STUTTER x4, STUTTER x8, FOURTH UP, FIFTH UP, PENTA WALK, CALL & RESPONSE, TRIPLET ROLL and STOP & GO. Each renders as a 2-bar loop at your DAW's tempo, sample-accurate, with a tempo-locked PUMP on the kicks.

Gated beds.

Hold a sound and chop it with a 16-step volume gate: a looped vowel from your vocal, a supersaw chord stab in the detected key, or the whole vocal. Attack, release and depth shape the gate, and presets cover the Jersey 5-count, 8ths, 16ths, offbeats and a stutter run. The whole-vocal source always keeps time, so a full song stays on the grid at any pitch.

Everything drags out.

Each pad as a WAV, the loop, the gated bed, all 16 chops in one pull, and the pattern as a MIDI file on the pad notes, so you can also play the pads from your piano roll. Every drag-out is saved for good in Music/JerseyClubinator, sorted into Chops, Loops, Gates and MIDI (Documents on Windows), under its own name, so a clip already in your project never changes or disappears.

Readable at 2 a.m.

In the tie-dye UI, pads, gate steps and states differ by brightness and outline, not hue alone. Built by a colorblind producer, for anyone squinting at a laptop in a dark booth.

FAQ

Does JerseyClubinator work in my DAW?
Any VST3 host on Windows or Mac (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, REAPER, Bitwig and the rest), plus Logic Pro and GarageBand through the AU, where it loads as a software instrument.

Is there a Mac version?
Yes. Universal VST3 and AU for Apple Silicon and Intel, macOS 10.13 or later. The Mac build is not notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks you to approve it one time under System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway. After that it loads like any other plugin. Step by step on the Support page.

What is the 5-count?
The Jersey Club kick pattern: kicks on the 1st, 5th, 9th, 12th and 15th sixteenth of the bar. Every pattern here is built on it.

What happens when a demo session ends?
In the demo everything plays, and dragging chops, loops, gates or MIDI out needs a license from the start. After 25 minutes the pads and the preview pause with a short fade, never a glitch. Reload for another session, or enter a key and everything unlocks on the spot.

Is this a subscription?
No. Pay once, own the license. No account, no recurring charge, nothing that expires.

Does one license cover Mac and Windows?
Yes. One purchase, one key: use it on your Mac and your PC, up to 3 computers of your own.

How does activation work?
Offline. Paste the key from your purchase email into the plugin and every JerseyClubinator in your DAW unlocks at once. No internet connection required.

Can I use the chops commercially?
Yes. The chops, loops and patterns you make are yours, royalty-free, in any release. The vocal you feed it is yours to clear, same as any sample.
