Who we are

forgedsp.com is run by ForgeDSP (Adrian Nogueira), Florida, United States. Questions about these terms: support@forgedsp.com. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

ForgeDSP sells audio plugin software. When you buy a plugin you get a personal license to use it, not ownership of the software itself. How you may use it is set out in the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is part of these terms. Where these terms and the EULA differ about the software, the EULA wins.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. After checkout you receive a download link and a license key by email. Nothing is shipped. If your email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to support.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay, including any tax that applies where you live. Launch prices can end or change at any time; the price you paid is the price you paid. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card details.

Free demos

Most plugins have a free demo that runs for timed sessions. Please try the demo before you buy; it is the best way to know a plugin works in your DAW and on your computer.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: 14 days from purchase, as long as you ask from the email you bought with.

License keys

Your key is for you. Keep it private, do not publish or share it, and keep your order email so you can recover it. Keys work offline; no account is needed.

System requirements and compatibility

Each product page lists the formats and systems a plugin supports. Plugin hosts differ, and we cannot promise every plugin works in every host, version or configuration, which is why the demo exists. If something does not work, write to support first; we fix most problems in one reply.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, share, crack or redistribute the software or license keys, or try to get around its licensing. Music and sounds you make with our plugins are yours, royalty free.

Site content

The text, images, videos and designs on this site belong to ForgeDSP or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

Warranty and liability

The software and this site are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, ForgeDSP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where the consumer law of your country gives you a right we cannot take away.
